At Stokes-Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our small-batch roasts and gourmet blends. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused coffee or merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it remains fresh and undamaged during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
